BioI am a Telesales agent for a virtual call center that shall remained unnamed here. But I like my job... for the most part.
You see I anwser calls mainly for mainly infomercials of many many diffrent products. And I get calls from many types of customers wanting to order certain products. BUT every so often, more times than not, I get these moronic callers that do NOT listen to the commericials.
Now I'm not sure if they hear what they want to hear or just don't listen to the full thing before calling. Either way it's annoying as hell to have to explain simple things.
And this is what my Livejournal will be about. Moronic Idiot customers and the things the do that just erk me to no end.
