Ok this type of caller just boggles my mind. why do they even call in? they are so  unsure it aint funny.

Example of the type of call I am speaking of:

Women calls in to order this program it's an exercise program, not saying which one. She gets the upgrade then later after much him and hawing gets an extra offer, talk her out of canceling that. Get to end of call and what does she do but have me take off the upgrade... GRR. But Just when I think i'm done she says "hmm well not not sure now, I really want that upgrade but I can't afford the basic package and the upgrade, any way to buy just the upgrade?" no mame.

"well ya know what cancels the whole order then i'll have to check my bank acct." *GAH PULLS OUT HAIR*

I try to talk her out of this rash action, I don't wanna lose this hard worked for sale. BUT in the end she still ends up canceling... DAMMMIT.

Oh well guess she had a BLOND moment...sigh.

NO NEED TO SCREAM!!!

ok just had a lady that just PISSED ME OFF!!!

I could barely hear her. Asked her to kindly speak up and she does. But then when I go to offer her limited time offers, she doesn't even want to hear them and screams NOOOOO in my ear. GRR I hate that.

I politely explain to her that it is my job to offer her these limited time offers that are optional and she can say no at any time.

Then she startst his NO NO NO NO in my ear. OI. I tell her wait until I START to read the offer then tell me no. I start she screams NO in my ear. at this point i'm getting angry and probley can hear it on the recording when QA listens.sigh.

But anyhow I finally get done and tell her....

"thank you for your order and may you have a good day and may you be in a better mood later goodbye *CLICK*"

hope this doesn't get me in trouble.

ok this just erks me to no end. Customers that say Yep, uh huh, nope, nah or any other varation on that theme.

People People speak the fraking english language for petes sake. Don't mumble your anwser unless you want me to ask.. "what was that?" or " I'm sorry I did not understand that. could you repeat?"

It's Fraking annoying , come on speakup and tell me either yes or no.

It aint that fraking hard. Sheesh.

HA HA and triple HA. I WIN again.

Just had a man want to give me a hard way to go about upsells he didn't want to hear them I convinced him that they where limited time offers and he might not get them at these prices if he called another time. SO I got to read them to him and He actually upgraded on one of them so HA!

My powers are stronger he didn't stand a chance.

Come on folks listen very carefully to what these commericials are saying. Just because they say FREE doesn't always mean it's free. Now this gripe is about people hearing FREE and not hearing the word UPGRADE as well.

And they get mad at me saying "wait I thought it was free shipping?" no it's not you still have to pay for regular shipping it's only an UPGRADE to free express delivery.

So please just freaking listen to the fraking commericial!!! get the wax out of your ears ,sheesh.

Ok a pet peeve of mine that others might not agree and frankly don't care cause they aren't dealing with it I am. well they might be but anyhow on with my mini-rant.

Why do people call in with really really thick accents. example: spanish, french, canadian, mexican or even southern US?

I know they want the products too but DAMN I can't fill their order when I can't understand them?

or better yet why call in when they don't understand english!?? whats the fraking point. i don't speak spanish, french or any other language. I only speak american english thank you very MUCH!

Ok why me? please tell me that.. oh I know i'm the person taking orders for  the morons that got up at 5 freaking am to order something they saw on TV infomercial and I offered them special offers. And they get mad at me for offering it to them?

Come on folks we live in the age of buying and selling. If you are gonna buy something expect to be offered an Upgrade, an upsell or a limited time optional offer.

So get the Frak over it and say no already instead of bitching about it to me. Frankly I don't give a flying frak. Yell at someone who cares OK!?!? I'm just doing a Job here. so quit fraking yelling and cussing at me.

And frankly I could care less if you cancel or not. I get paid either way so FRAK YOU!!!

And off we go...

Ok had a call from a lady who was STILL watching the damn commercial while she was talking to me and half paying attention. I had to repeat every freaking thing TWICE, ARGH!!!

Now I shouldn't really mind but dammit I do. People should pay attention to what I have to say I have important limited time offers at special prices to tell them about and they should listen to every single word I say.

But Sadly that doesn't always happen, who am I kidding it usually doesn't happen most of the time.*SIGH*
